Before downloading the Power Monkey Training app, please register for an account here. Below is a video guide to help walk you through how to complete the registration process.

How to Manage or Cancel your subscription

We understand training commitments and priorities change.

By downgrading to a free subscription, you can still access Core365 and the movement library.

If you must cancel your subscription completely, you can do that by completing the steps below.

Video Tutorial: Finding your program

We are committed to building gymnastics programs that YOU want. To keep our Power Monkey Programs organized, we've implemented a find and filter feature so you can easily navigate between our Skill, Volume, Monkey Method and 365 programs.

We advise choosing one program to focus on and completing the daily CORE365 workouts to help build a solid foundation and accelerate your progress.

Video Tutorial: your program user manual

Once you have chosen the skill you want to unlock, you'll have access to warm-ups, couplets, circuit training and accessory plans to help you reach your goals. This video will help you to navigate your training within the app.
