The focus of this program is not to simply max out your snatch and then continue with faults and errors, but instead provide the specific mobility work, assistant/partial exercises and snatch complexes moving towards the ultimate goal of completing a max effort and technically proficient snatch.

This program is designed to build a foundational snatch through proficiency in movement to include the overhead squat.
